"Team"

I've been working in this company for five years now. Sometimes I can't help looking back how I started, I have to admit it was a struggle at first. At that time, I was the only employee at Taipei office, and since our factory is based in China, so does the rest of my colleauges.

I remember being warned about them before. How they can be proud when they talk, how they selfish can be (like they don't really help without getting anything back stuffs like that). And as years go by, plus the need of everyday communication, I began to understand them bit by bit, especially when I had the chance to fly there for company assistance time to time. My colleagues came from different cities, mostly from poorer ones, the cities that are not yet profound and developed in ways, so they all come out to Shenzhen to work hard for a living. One of them told me actually that they come here to work as part-time, so now I get it why some of my colleagues just come and go so easily. And how sentimental it may sound, but I do get attached to them. I know that no one is perfect, but they treat me nicely, they help me get through the hard times, they were with me as well with the good times. I'm blessed you know =)

I've been to our China factory for times, but I just didn't have the chance to take photos with them, so this time, I made sure we took one! =)
